Mpilo Royal Clothing specializes in the manufacturing and retail of uniforms and clothing like Medical and Nursing Uniforms, SPA & Beauty Salon Uniforms, Graduation and Ropes Gowns , Sports Wear, Protective Work Wear, Corporate Wear, Fashion , Hospitality Uniforms, School Wear. Mpilo Royal Clothing is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng but we do courier to your doorstep by Courier companies.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days and delivery confirmed by way of booking tracking/waybill number.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Mpilo Royal Clothing is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Mpilo Royal Clothing will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a CANCELLATION FEE at 10 (%) percent of the actual value of the goods purchased. In the event of products delivered that does not match the description or specifications listed on our website products can be returned for a full refund provided that the following criteria has been met. It is reported within 7 working days after delivery to sales@mpiloroyalclothing.com & customercare@mpiloroyalclothing.com
Item is returned with original packaging and unused. Packaging is not damaged, In such an event the item will be exchanged for the correct item or refunded in full at no additional charges.
